FEE BREAKDOWN

✅ Required for ALL Marchers

• Fair Share Fee: 
• $300 Vets
• $400 Rookies
• (This covers each student's portion of the production costs for our field show.)
• If you paid the $50 “Intent to March” deposit in May:
• 👉 You owe $200 at checkout
• If you did not pay the deposit:
• 👉 You owe the full $250
• Uniform Maintenance & Cleaning Fee: $50
• (Covers yearly upkeep of marching jackets. Required for all students.)

🆕 Required for New Students (Rookies)

• Rookie Marcher Package: $100
• (For first-time band students. Includes bibbers, shoes, gloves, etc.)
• Rookie Guard Package: $100
• (For first-time color guard students. Includes shoes, makeup kit, warm-up gear, etc.)

Rookie packages are added separately in the Booster Hub store.

🚫 Optional

• Non-Volunteer Fee: $250
• (Add this if you choose NOT to volunteer. Families who complete volunteer hours do not need to pay this.)

🏷️ SIBLING DISCOUNT

Families with more than one student marching may apply a $100 discount for one student only.

Example:

Child 1 = $250 | Child 2 = $150 | Total = $400

➡️ To apply: Add both Fair Shares, then add the Sibling Discount (-$100) item to your cart once.

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Pay in Full – Pay online now using a debit/credit card or booster credits.
• Pay Later – Choose this if you will pay by:
• Check
• Money Order
• Cashier’s Check
• 📨 Place all payments in the band room mailbox. Write your student’s name + Fair Share on the memo line.
